Worst car rental experience ever! The car was in terrible technical condition (ABS and brakes unsafe). I was forced to pay extra cash charges, including a traffic fine that was not mine – I picked up the car at 11:05, the fine was issued at 11:07. Despite paying an extra fee for hotel delivery, I was forced to pick up the car in the city at a location chosen by the provider. On return, no company representative was present – another rental worker took the car. Completely unprofessional and misleading. Avoid at all costs.
